Do it yourself: a bowl with dry autumn leaves

We are running out of summer and I struggle to think that autumn is not so bad and that in reality, despite the cold and the rain, it has very nice things. In fact even the rain can have its charm if we see it fall behind the window from a good sofa, with a blanket ... And there are also blackberries, and chestnuts and dried leaves.

The fact is that in autumn we spend less time away from home than in summer and we have more times to devote to crafts. Soon tree leaves will begin to fall and we will find them everywhere, we can pick them up and we can make them part of the decoration, we can even make a bowl with them, yes, a bowl.

We need a bowl of truth to shape the leaves, we will use it as a mold and to give consistency to the invention we will use the same glue that is used to make masks with paper, something we have all done as children. Placing the leaves with a little grace and art and choosing the prettiest when we pick them from the ground depends on our sensitivity.

And in the photo on these lines you have the result. A perfect bowl to make centerpiece in an autumn dinner or as a complement to the furniture of the entrance in this station. The end of summer is always hard and we may still need a few days to get to the idea that it is over and to reconcile with the fall, but little will we remember that autumn also has very charming things.
