Last week we were able to attend the presentation of the vacuum cleaners Kompressor Plus and Kompressor Plus Special Allergies of LG, full of curiosity and wanting to see a product that would bring something new in this field.
LG intends with these models to reach a demanding public with cleanliness, since to the normal benefits of a vacuum cleaner add others that are not found so easily.
Kompressor Plus is a sled type vacuum cleaner bagless aspiration, something already seen in other products, whose novelty lies in its dust compression system and in the dual cyclonic system that eliminates dust and larger particles, storing them independently.
As we could see, the powder is compacted thanks to a blade incorporated in the tank, which compresses it through continuous rotational movements. We touched it and we could attest that it becomes a block that barely gives off particles. And what is achieved with this system? greater tank capacity, less frequent and more hygienic emptying, which prevents suspended dust, and a suction power maintained over time.
The air is filtered through the Hepa-13, a washable filter in three layers: one of carbon, which is responsible for eliminating the smell; a layer of glass fibers that traps the smallest particles, and a metal filter with an antibiotic layer that destroys bacteria and maintains the hygiene of the deposit.
To all these innovations are added the BioTank deposit and the batter brush, present in the Kompressor Plus Special Allergies model. Bio Tank seals the exit of particles to ensure a healthy environment free of bacteria, and also functions as an alternative deposit to collect large objects that would otherwise block the device. So we could see it by seeing how the device sucked a sock, which we recovered intact in the aforementioned tank.

Apparently LG has preferred, based on its market research, prioritize comfort when handling and save on the speed of the task. While its small size requires more work when vacuuming, it is advantageous when it comes to overcoming obstacles such as table and chair legs.
These are its benefits, now it is necessary to verify them in practice. It remains to verify comfort in handling, a pending issue in sled vacuum cleaners, although this model benefits from some features of broom models, since the controls are in the handle.
The sled type vacuum cleaners are complicated when saving, an aspect in which those who have used the broom we see a clear inconvenience, but this is another point, in addition to the small size of the turbine, that deserve an analysis and test in detail.
