Inspired by the gastronomic proposals of the most authentic and traditional bars in Madrid, The Embassy lands in the Ambassadors neighborhood to boost this traditional tapas area of the capital with a quality gastronomic proposal at affordable prices. A lifelong bar concept to go to at any time, to enjoy a relaxed and casual atmosphere.
In his letter, multiple options are included for all tastes, but always counting on offering those traditional recipes that have accompanied us throughout life. A local designed and directed by Marcello Caschili and Andrea Pirastu, originally from Sardinia but from Madrid by heart, living in Madrid for more than 10 years and experts in the management of various hospitality businesses in the capital.
Thus, among the specialties of the house there are a lot of portions and some of the dishes are also offered in the form of snacks. The most emblematic of all is, without a doubt, the one that receives the name of “The Embassy” because it takes a generous portion of Eggplant to the Parmigiana and Chorizo. An option that aims to become the favorite of the house.
The interior of the Embassy is articulated around a large central bar with stools and, next to her, an area of low tables. In the intervention of the interior designer Javier González of the Lab Matic study, it has been tried at all times to maintain the luminosity of the premises, equipped with large windows that overlook the street, which contributes to reinforcing the intention of preserving its essence as one of the most authentic bars in Madrid.
In addition, the Embassy has a terrace attached to the premises for 40 people and in a garden square, which makes it the perfect place to enjoy snacks, lunch and dinner outdoors.
The schedule is from Monday to Friday from 8: 00h to 1: 00h and Saturdays and Sundays from 9: 00h to 2: 30h, being the closing day on Wednesday. Weekdays at lunchtime and until 4:30 p.m. The Embassy has a selection of five dishes combined including drink and coffee or fruit for 8.50 euros, in addition to the dish of the day that costs 8 euros. The average a la carte price is 15 euros.
