A tableware for digital design lovers to "edit" food

In Decoesphere We have shown you before, on several occasions, designs of crockery very creative and original, but surely not as unique as the one we present today. Its about iPlate, a creation of the French illustrator Todd Borka that "plays" to apply the digital presence, increasingly omnipresent in our daily lives, to a fact as basic and fundamental as food.

How many times have we fantasized about being able to manipulate our lives, our actions, in the way that computer publishes images? When we don't like something, we just have to press a few keys and ..., matter solved. This is the concept behind the design devised by Borka for the iPlate. Wouldn't it be great to be able to remove leftover food from the plate by simply pressing "Ctrl Z"? Or give a more appetizing appearance to food with the editing tools?

The game consists of four disheswith four different designs: "Import food", "Edit Food", "Image size" and "Ctrl Z". They are made in porcelain and the images remain unchanged even after numerous washes. How about? I think it is a fun creation, full of humor, which can be a very original gift for lovers of digital design.
